Technical ship management is Norbulk's core business. All offices and vessels within the group adhere to the same operating procedures and standards. Key staff move between the operating offices for career development and to ensure a common company culture.

Management review meetings and KPI targets are regularly monitored as the company looks to continue improving all procedures and operations. Training and auditing staff to manage new technologies and prepare for the adoption of new legislation is essential in an increasingly complex operating environment.

Norbulk provides full technical management to clients worldwide. The contracted terms are based on the BIMCO Shipman agreement. They may include all or some of the following services; technical supervision, crew management, condition, safety, and loadline surveys, management reports, audits and inspection reports, budgetary and financial control, competitive procurement, and drydock planning and supervision.
